Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of signature below by and between Northern Baseball Training ("Facility") and the undersigned individual ("Member"). By signing this Agreement, the Member agrees to the terms and conditions set forth below.
1. Membership Details
1.1 Membership Type: Monthly Unlimited Batting Cage Access
1.2 Monthly Fee: $87(Individual) / $147(Family) (charged monthly on date of purchase)

- The Member may cancel their membership at any time by providing 30 days' written notice to the Gym. Failure to provide 30 day notice will result in a cancellation fee of $147.00
- The Member will be charged for one final month of membership following the date the cancellation notice is received.
1.5 Member Agrees to add payment method upon sign-up
2. Payment Terms
2.1 The Member authorizes the Facility to charge the monthly membership fee of (Individual) $87 or (Family) $147 to the payment method provided on the agreed billing date.
2.2 Payments are due monthly, and failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of membership privileges.
2.3 The Facility reserves the right to charge a $25 late fee for payments not received within 7 days of the due date.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 The Member may cancel their membership at any time during the term by providing a written notice (via email or in person) at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
3.2 The final month’s fee is non-refundable and will grant the Member access to the facility for the duration of the 30-day notice period.
3.3 Memberships are automatically renewed each month unless terminated by the Member.
3.4 HITTRAX stats will be lost / deleted with cancellation
4. Facility Rules and Conduct
4.1 Members must follow all posted Facility rules, including but not limited to:

Appropriate and safe use of equipment.

Adhering to time limits for cage use if others are waiting.

Respectful behavior towards staff and other members.
4.2 The Facility reserves the right to terminate memberships without refund for any Member who violates Facility rules, behaves inappropriately, or disrupts the experience of other members.
5. Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk
5.1 The Member acknowledges and agrees that participation in batting cage activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury or damage to personal property.
5.2 The Member agrees to assume all risks and releases the Facility, its staff, and its affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising from participation.
5.3 Members under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian co-sign this Agreement.
6. Suspension and Termination of Membership
6.1 The Facility may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a membership if the Member fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement, including payment obligations or Facility rules.
6.2 No refunds will be issued for memberships terminated due to non-compliance.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1 This Agreement is non-transferable and non-refundable, except as stated herein.
7.2 The Facility reserves the right to adjust membership rates or terms with a 30-day written notice to Members.
7.3 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Facility and the Member and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
7.4 Photo Release: By signing this contract, the member grants the gym permission to capture, use, and share photos taken in and around the facility for promotional, marketing, or other purposes
7.5 From September to April:
7.6 Member must be willing & able to feed pitching machine to fellow members if cage attendant is not available
8. Member Acknowledgment and Signature
By signing below, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement.
